The Chef

Being a third generation Japanese-Peruvian, Chef Hajime Kasuga arrived to Jakarta with over 25 years of experience in food and beverage industry across different countries. Debuting his culinary career in 1995, Chef Hajime is an expert in Japanese, Mediterranean, and Peruvian cuisine based on his works at various restaurants such as Restaurant Mikka in Ecuador, The Club Hotel Singapore, and lastly at Hanzo, a restaurant in Lima he used to helm.

At Henshin, Chef Hajime helms the kitchen, and makes sure you leave Henshin blown away with his authentic Nikkei Cuisine.
